Tom Lorenz
Tom Lorenz, Student Minister, Education and Faith Development
Hello fans, admirers, foes and everyone in between! My name is Tom and I
am a fourth-year Warren College student – not that I can remember the most
recent time I stepped onto the Warren campus… Nonetheless, I am passively
pursuing a degree in Engineering Science from UCSD. I can often be found
in the Science and Engineering side of Geisel Library (but do not go
thinking I am a good or bright student – I do this mostly because I’m too
lazy and undisciplined to complete schoolwork elsewhere). When not being
schooled, I can likely be found at a local gym or out running.
I am grateful for the opportunity to help give back to this community and
help promote some of the didactic and contemplative portions of your
Newman Center at UCSD experience. With your willingness to participate, I
am sure we can make this a great year of interesting experiences and
growth.
